Effective Immediately, for consideration you will need...
To complete an Application for Membership
To obtain a Background check from a local law enforcement agency (Police Record). Please download your Request Letter from us here
To provide us with three ( 3) Recommendation /Reference letters
One letter from a Chaplains Association member
One letter from a Pastor or Clergy member
One letter from an agency that you have assisted on a professional or volunteer basis
To agree to abide by our Chaplains Code of Ethics
Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - CPR (you can find organizations in your area that offer CPR certification)
To submit membership fees of US$250.00
GCA MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT INCLUDES:
1 GCA ID; 1 Pair GCA Uniform Patches ; 1 Certificate of Membership; 1 Clergy Ordination Certificate; 1 Vehicle Decal (Sticker)
